SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a highly qualified Contract Lead for Defense Assessment Analyst in accomplishing services under this contract.
Responsibilities
Conduct Computer Defense Assistance Program (CDAP) missions IAW AR 380-53, Communications Security Monitoring.
Assess Post/Camp/Station (P/C/S) security enclaves, by means of trends and analysis to assist in prioritization in NAV visits. Conduct NAVs IAW established Best Business Practices (BBP), regulations, policies and procedures and as requested.
Prepare a Network Damage Assessment (NDA) team to travel to the incident location within 4 hours of notification.
Provide a written report to the network/systems owner or the Authorizing Official (AO) and the Information Systems Security Manager within 5 business days of the completion of an NDA.
Conduct persistent penetration testing, on all supported networks.
Maintain and document training and use of all vetted Penetration Testing (PT) Tools.
Conduct Web Assessment of all registered public facing web sites quarterly.
Conduct intrusion/penetration assessment for each Subscriber annually providing total coverage for all systems and network segments.
Execute phishing assessments designed to reinforce phishing awareness.
Conduct open-source research to identify commercial exploits or vulnerabilities requiring DCO actions to determine potential threat activity.
Qualifications
An active in scope Top Secret/SCI clearance is required
BA/BS in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering degree; or a degree in a Mathematics or Engineering field and at least 10 years of experience
Must meet DoD 8140 DCWF 541 requirements (B.S., CISA, CISM, GCIH, or GSNA)
Must have one of the following requirements (CEH, GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN), OCSP, PenTest+, or INE Junior Penetration Tester (eJPT))
Army Penetration Testing Course (APTC) certification required within six months of hire
ITIL Foundations certified within three months of contract start date or hiring date on the contract
Knowledgeable in the mission and operational requirements of the U.S. Army
Demonstrated understanding of U.S. Army IT operational and technical requirements and an understanding of U.S. Army IT applications and network systems
Expertise in management and control of complex information systems architectures involving multiple disparate databases, networks, and communications subsystems
Must be willing to work overtime, after hours, holidays, and weekends, as necessary
Preferred Qualifications
Masters Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, National Security Strategy, or a related field
ITIL v4 certification
Detailed understanding of the Army’s Unified Network Plan
