To be successful as a Field Recruiter you must have3+ years recruiting experience with a focus on field recruiting and union relationships. In this role, you will work with our Service division who handles everything from general service and repairs to complex system issues. Additional responsibilities include:Manages and defines Field Tradespersons Recruiting ProgramCreates awareness around pathways with unionTakes the lead and is resourceful and persistent in driving solutions to recruiting problemsScreens, interviews and manages active candidatesDrives applicants through innovative approaches to sourcing and networkingPartners with local unions, attends trades events and conferences, and develops relationships with local trade schools/ high schools/ community collegesConducts exploratory interviews on an ongoing basis to keep consistent pipeline of talentWhat You Will Need to Succeed at McKinstryMust have prior experience recruiting for field, service, and labor positionsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience required.Heavily networked and knowledgeable of leading search practices required.Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion required.Some knowledge of multi-state and federal laws/regulations related to employment, such as EEO, ADA, OFCCP, and general HR practices preferred.If you're driven by our vision to build a thriving planet together, McKinstry is the place to build your career.The pay range for this position is $31 - $46 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
