About Contract Administrator with English and German (f/m/d)

  Siemens Global Business Services is looking for Contract Administrator with German and English language (f/m/d) to join our international Global Business Services in one of our divisions.

  What are your responsibilities?

  Supporting the processing of service contracts for the company in terms of billing, internal cost accounting, master data, document and value flows

  Review newly concluded service contracts and entering them into the SAP ERP system

  Processing customer orders via SAP and Case Management System

  Creating customer invoices

  Checking and approving vendor invoices

  Close cooperation with technicians and dispatch

  Contacts with customer via phone/email

  Handling customer complaints

  What do you need to make real what matters?

  Commercial apprenticeship or several years of experience in the commercial processing of customer contracts

  Good understanding of processes and value flows

  Knowledge of contract law

  High level of initiative, reliability and teamwork

  Excellent communication skills

  Fluent German and English language skills

  Practical experience with SAP modules - will be a plus
