  Requisition Summary

  PACCAR is searching for a talented individual to join the PacLease Contract Administration team for 2024! The selected individual will work with our team in Bellevue, WA, performing a variety of functions in the administration and support of the PacLease Franchises. We are pleased you are seeking an internship with PACCAR and look forward to providing a great learning experience that will assist you in your future career!

  Job Functions / Responsibilities

  This dynamic Intern role is part of Contract Administration. Job functions will be assigned with a focus on lease and loan funding, title or truck order processing, or various reporting or other projects, based on current business needs.

  Assist the team with lease/loan funding packages, extension documents, and title or order processing.

  Coordinate with franchises and customers to obtain any missing documentation.

  Analyze data and create new Maturity and Title reports using Tableau.

  Complete a document retention project for final funding packages.

  Research and resolve customer inquiries.

  Performs other duties and special projects, as assigned.

  Skills / Competencies

  The skills that are important to be successful in this position are as follows:

  Proficient in Microsoft Office

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  Ability to multitask and be a self-starter

  Analytical thinking and detail oriented

  Strong professionalism

  Tableau experience a plus

  Education

  Undergraduate or graduate degree in progress.

The salary range for internship positions is $25 an hour for undergraduate students and $30 an hour for graduate students.
