About Financial Analyst - Institutional Commercial Finance

  TheFinancial Analystis a vital member of the Institutional Commercial Finance Team, providing direct support to the Corporate Account Sales Team and its leaders. As a key partner and advisor, you are responsible for demonstrating an understanding of the Ecolab value proposition and developing solid strategies to deliver profitable growth to the business. Success requires strong business partnerships across multiple functions and teams. What You Will Do: Create Proforma P&Ls, PCAFs and other key support analytics for assessing new and existing business opportunities Provide recommendations regarding pricing, incentive structures, and commercial policies to support growth Partner with the Corporate Account Sales associates and Regional Leaders to understand and communicate the impact of their sales activity Conduct complex financial analysis Provide support, ad hoc reporting, and analysis to internal and external customers Drive process improvement and best practices within the commercial finance team Additional project work as-needed Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline Minimum 2 years of finance experience No immigration sponsorship is available for this position Preferred Qualifications: Strong analytical aptitude and organizational skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to work independently Must demonstrate overall business acumen and ability to deal with ambiguity Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills Advanced spreadsheet, graphics, and financial systems skills (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SAP) Result-oriented; proactive, and possesses a high level of integrity #LI-Hybrid Benefits Ecolab strives to provide comprehensive and market-competitive benefits to meet the needs of our associates and their families.to see our benefits.
