The Manager of Continuous Improvement is responsible for leadership of process improvement, waste elimination, standardization, and innovation in the organization. Purpose of the Role:
The Manager of Continuous Improvement is responsible for leadership of process improvement, waste elimination, standardization, and innovation in the organization. This position leads team efforts in identifying, developing, and executing process improvement initiatives. This person will own the administration and training support of new and existing initiatives, projects, and events with the oversight of the Director of Continuous Improvement.
Essential Functions of the Role:
Project management, ownership, completion, and success measurement of assigned initiativesTrain and coach team members in the use and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and principlesProvide support to process owners in auditing and tracking the success of new initiativesSupport the Director of Continuous Improvement in collecting data to identify defects and the need for countermeasure creation in support of our Breakthrough ObjectivesSupport the creation of and identify the need for, vetting, organizing challenging, and updating of standard processes - standard workAuditing and maintaining data integrity of tracking success metrics supporting our strategic breakthrough objectivesAcquisition and legacy branch visitation to support; train as neededAdministrative support to structure successful events and execution, inclusive of booking travel arrangementsAssist with acquisition integration training and tasks as requiredDrive the business strategy through key projects that expand top line growth, margin expansion, and improved safety

Traditional office environment and minimal outdoor field environment
