　　Earn $16.35/hour.

　　The Classroom Aide is a school employee who works under the direction of a certified staff member to support and assist in providing instructional programs and services to children with disabilities or eligible young children. The support and assistance include one-on-one, or group review of material taught by certificated staff, classroom management, and implementation of positive behavioral support plans.

　　Requirements

　　Our ideal candidate will possess one of the following qualifications:Have completed at least 2 years of post-secondary study; orPossess an associate degree or higher with 2 years' experience; orMeet a rigorous standard of quality through completion of Credential of Competency for Special Education Para-educators in Pennsylvania with 5 years' relative experience.Associate degree or higher is preferred.
