Position Summary
The Content Strategy Supervisor is tasked with supporting the adoption and use of Nestlé Content Hub (global digital asset management & workflow ecosystem) by LATAM Champions & End Users, ensuring best practices are in place, high levels of data and content quality, sharing, and collaboration with LATAM Champions. This individual is responsible for delivering trainings & act as Single Point of Contact for the assigned Zone / Countries Champions, identifying and rectifying gaps, as well as assist with end user support queries. They also provide support and guidance for asset management and end user engagement, marketing workflows, collating data, analyzing trends, and providing actionable insights to Zone / Market Champions for tool, process and services enhancement.
A day in the life of...
Perform digital management system administration tasks, such as monitoring user access requests, including issue management, support of migration, proposals for system improvement.
Provide Content Hub training (system and process) and support to zone / market users, partners and agencies for assigned zone / markets.
Track and report on training statistics (attendees, questions, sessions, etc), rectifying gaps in training and providing proactive insights to assigned Zone / Market Champions for program enhancement.
Stay abreast of on-going enhancements to Content Hub, building, modifying and adapting training materials to meet Zone / Market needs, as needed.
Perform routine and ad hoc (as requested) content audits to ensure assets and content follow globally established content standards.
Respond to Markets Champions queries, managing ticketing system, assisting them in: getting access to Content Hub and related platforms (Brand Portal, Stock images, etc).
Act as dedicated point of contact for Zone and Market Champions for Content Hub best practice guidance, aggregating and analyzing information to provide actionable insight to global support teams
What will make you successful?
Graduated in Marketing, Communication, Administration, or related areas- 5 years’ experience in Marketing or Brand management.
Excellent understanding of digital asset management best practices
Working in an international brands and multi-cultural settings
Good understanding of marketing department workflows and logics
Development and implementation of reporting and analytics measures, understanding of key performance indicators within user engagement and training spaces.
