　　A Content Designer at Quickbase helps our users find the information they need when they need it. They collaborate closely with UX designers to optimize UI elements with concise UX writing. They support in-product guidance, write help center articles, and contribute to design team initiatives such as maintaining a content design system.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Create clear and engaging content in the UI and user guidance systems. Experience creating tutorial videos a plus.

　　Support the release notes process for monthly product releases

　　Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and QA in an agile development cycle

　　Participate in the UX research process to understand customer needs, envision solutions, and test prototypes

　　Validate and iterate on deliverables; respond to customer feedback

　　Contribute to definition of processes, patterns, and guidelines for content creation, style, tone, and governance

　　Qualifications:

　　Online portfolio showcasing web and mobile UX writing experience

　　Demonstrated ability to speak our customers’ language and infuse creativity and new ideas into the customer experience, while leveraging style standards so that the customer experience is consistent and stellar

　　In-depth, practical knowledge of modern user guidance principles and best practices

　　Experience writing for interactive web-based applications or products

　　Sufficient familiarity with HTML, CSS 3, and JavaScript to understand the impact of those technologies on the presentation of content
