About Content Consultant - Transition Management

  Description

  This position will follow our hybrid work model; we expect the selected candidate to be in the office 2-3 days a week at our Saint Petersburg, FL Corporate Office location.

  Job Summary:

  Under occasional supervision and in consultation with clients, subject matter experts and key business leaders, delivers a wide range of content to meet clients' communication objectives. Identifies and implements content strategy and is responsible for creating, editing, and managing content, analyzing user requirements, and implementing content strategies for clients. Extensive contact with internal customers and subject matter experts is required.

  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  Develops and executes multi-layered communication plans related to regulatory changes, enhancements, tax season, and evergreen/cyclical tax and cost basis topics.

  Drives the creative design and implementation of supported initiatives.

  Delivers presentations on complex topics to all levels of leadership, sales management, and branch professionals on various cost basis and tax reporting subjects.

  Acts as liaison between clients, marketing, and training.

  Combines data analysis, user research, feedback, and content audits to make content decisions and orchestrate content development to capitalize on communication opportunities.

  Develops documentation, brochures, educational resources, and client-style guides.

  Develops content for and leads branch meetings and home office visits (HOVs).

  Works in conjunction with the business unit and marketing to prepare various inserts, brochures, and web updates for both public and internal sites.

  Identifies new communication opportunities by identifying requirements in relation to tax and cost-basis reporting.

  Nurtures rapport with key executive and sales leadership by making periodic visits, exploring specific tax and cost needs, and anticipating new opportunities.

  Delivers updates/content to the internal business unit as it relates to communication efforts.

  Gains a general understanding of regulatory rules and interpretations.

  Drafts client correspondences around complex or challenging subjects.

  Qualifications

  Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  Knowledge of:

  Investment concepts, practices, procedures, and industry regulations.

  Principles of English language usage and grammar, sufficient to write and edit high quality accurate copy.

  Writing for both print and online mediums.

  MS Office suite as well as computer and web literacy across devices at an intermediate level.

  Design principles at an introductory level

  The broad capabilities of the Adobe Creative Suite tools and the ability to discern the appropriateness of different design tools available to designers/art directors.

  Skill in:

  Incorporating the needs, wants, and goals from different business unit perspectives into communication material.

  Solving complex problems and modeling the business and financial impact of proposed scenarios

  Composing copy quickly, accurately, and creatively that enhances end-user comprehension of products and regulations.

  Expressing ideas clearly and logically.

  Ability to:

  Plan, organize, manage, and track multiple detailed work assignments with constantly changing priorities and close deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

  Constructively work under stress and pressure and produce a high volume of assignments using strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.

  Be self-motivated with a strong sense of creativity and the ability to work independently with confidence.

  Promote team cohesiveness, cooperation, and effectiveness.

  Use appropriate interpersonal styles and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all organizational levels.

  Think logically and analyze and solve problems.

  Attend to detail while maintaining a big-picture orientation.

  Ensure that all activities have a focus on quality and conform to identified best practices.

  Read and comprehend regulations published by regulatory bodies.

  Establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization, including negotiating resources.

  Incite enthusiasm and influence and motivate individuals and groups without organizational authority.

  Provide a high level of customer service.

  Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all organizational levels.

  Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:

  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field and two (2) years of experience in marketing, communication, or content management.or

  An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.Licenses/Certifications:
