　　Administrative Assistant responsibilities include handling incoming service phone calls, typing work orders, invoice reconciliations, timekeeping and other assigned clerical duties.

　　Job Requirements:

　　• A minimum of 1 year prior administrative office or related clerical experience

　　• Experience with SAP and competency in Microsoft Office Suite

　　• High school diploma or equivalent is required

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　• Construction and/or heavy equipment industry experience is preferred
