　　If you\'re interested in working with borrowers to resolve loandelinquencies in accordance with bank, secondary market, and legalguidelines including state and federal regulations, our ConsumerCollections Associate role may be for you! We invite you to considerjoining our Consumer Collections team.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Complete documented weekly contact events for delinquent consumer loansin assigned portfolio/branches per secondary market and regulatoryguidelines.

　　Manage consumer collections portfolio by ordering and analyzing propertyvaluations as needed, identifying monthly qualifying risk ratingchanges, evaluating loans for charge downs or charge offs, settingreserves on quarterly watch list, and completing renewals of maturedloans within assigned portfolio.

　　Analyze loss mitigation applications and discuss options with theborrowers to determine the best option for both parties. Memos must becompleted for the approval process for in-house loans. Secondary marketapproval must be obtained by their specific guidelines and processed intheir proprietary software within the regulatory timeline.

　　Communicate by phone and by email to internal and external customers ina respectful and professional manner.

　　Prepare comprehensive memos within the established format and guidelines

　　Maintain organization amid frequent interruptions while managingmultiple tasks and phone calls throughout the workday.

　　Provide regular progress updates to management on all outstanding lossmitigation plans, renewals, and significantly past due loans.

　　Strong verbal and written communication skills

　　Perform other projects/tasks as needed.

　　Who You Are

　　1 year of experience in Collections preferred or equivalent of educationand experience
