　　Vibra Hospital of Central Dakotas, located in Mandan, ND is a 41 bedCritical Care Hospital, providing long-term acute care services to patientsrecovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Often our patients requireadditional critical care services for medically complex conditions such astrauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease,stroke, amputation and ventilator weaning. As a smaller, specializedhospital, we offer an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and friendly workenvironment where you really get to know your patients and their families.

　　Responsibilities

　　Responsible for educating, problem solving and building relationships withreferral sources, obtaining referrals, completing eRehab or LTRAXassessments, and participating in planning, organizing and executing theBusiness Departmental plan. Frequent day travel with reliable transportationand occasional overnight travel is required. The individual will beresponsible for establishing and maintaining effective working relationshipswith their assigned accounts as well as those of their team members.

　　Functions as a key source of market intelligence providing directcommunication between the community, referral sources and physicians totheir Vibra Hospital Team. Often serves as the "face of Vibra" in thecommunity and is responsible for developing a positive, professional imageconducive to building long lasting relationships with our customers.Required Skills:Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse,Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse, Occupational Therapist, PhysicalTherapist, Respiratory Therapist or Social Worker required in the statewhere support is provided.Recent healthcare experience in the acute care hospital, rehabilitationsetting or home health care agency/company required.Current, valid and active driver's license required.Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.Additional Qualifications/Skills:Previous clinical screening experience is preferred.Marketing/sales skill expertise preferred with a history of exceeding salesquotas.Working experience of local medical community is preferred.Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with medical andadministrative staffs as well as patients and families, in an assertive,professional manner.Self motivated, extroverted and enthusiastic individual who is self-directed.Ability to complete the clinical screens accurately and thoroughly withinestablished timeframes with demonstrated clinical expertise to determineadmission criteria.Ability to compute statistics and complete necessary reports in a timely andaccurate manner.Exhibit a sense of urgency for goal achievement with a strong commitment toresults.Ability to project a professional image.Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in theworkplace.Benefits
