As a Consumer Banker you will use your passion for customer service to support our customer's banking needs by completing a variety of teller transactions. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with a team to greet clients, answer their questions, resolve basic issues, pursue referral opportunities. You will learn skills and apply knowledge related to regulatory standards, policies, procedures and to help troubleshoot and minimize fraud related situations for our customers. This foundation will aid you in your continued development and career progression. As part of our comprehensive training, we will pair you with someone who will coach you on what you need to know. Starting at $17/hour based on experience and 15 PTO & 11 Holidays days annually QUALIFICATIONS: As a Consumer Banker 1: - No banking experience required - retail experience welcomed! - Combination of High School Diploma or equivalent and customer service experience - Experience in cash handling is a plus As a Consumer Banker 2: - Combination of High School Diploma or equivalent and customer service experience - 2 years related banking experience - Experience in sales or promotion of products and services is preferred.
