As a member of RWA Patient Analytics, you will be involved in analyzing longitudinal patient datasets & will help our clients in making fact-based decision. You will be working in close collaboration with different stakeholders, and RWA teams in across the globe. Your day-to-day activity will include working on regular standard projects & Ad-hoc requests from our clients and generate actionable insights.

Responsibilities
Deliver value and high-quality service.
Use efficient techniques on Longitudinal patient data, EMR data & claims datasets and generate meaningful insights.
Assist in the coordination of project start-up activities, creation of global programs, tracking spreadsheets, and other required documentation.
Support junior team members in their ramp up period and provide necessary support from data & analytical perspectives.
Support in Blue-chip activities like automation, apply Lean techniques in projects and generate innovative ideas for the growth of CoE.
QUALIFICATIONS
Require good analytical & problem-solving skills along with attention to detail.
Knowledge and understanding of the programming and reporting processes and frameworks.
Ability to draw algorithms to successfully transform transactional data to summarized data assets.
Proficiency in SAS\Python\R\ SQL. Candidate is expected to have knowledge of creating macros or reusable programming snippets. Around 1-4 years of work experience is desired.
Active participation to generate ideas to create better and optimal solution of our analytical problems and be a Business or Technical subject matter expert.
Ability to successfully work together with a (“virtual”) team (including international teams as required) as well as independently.
Effective time management to meet daily metrics and team objectives.
Ability to manage competing priorities and flexibility to change.
Business/operational skills that include customer focus, commitment to quality management, and problem solving.
Team Management experience is a plus.
