　　Superintendent with experience of Module Construction

　　Job Description

　　Provide Leadership to the Site Construction Team.

　　Should be able to Lead the Construction of Class 3/4 level Project

　　Should Implement AP Safety and Quality Standards on Construction site

　　Set Construction KPI’s and address Risks and Mitigation Plan.

　　Prepare Construction Execution Plan and Resource Requirements

　　Monitor & Control the Construction Progress.

　　Conducts weekly / monthly review meetings with Contractors / clients.

　　Manage Interface with multiple Contractors and discipline

　　Should have good Construction execution and constructability knowledge.
