Are you a dynamic and customer-focused individual with a passion forhospitality? Join our team as a Front Desk Manager and lead our front deskteam to deliver exceptional guest experiences. As the first point of contactfor our guests, your high energy and enthusiasm will create a positive andwelcoming atmosphere.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring efficient andsmooth processesTrain, mentor, and motivate front desk staff to deliver outstanding serviceHandle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional andtimely mannerCoordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiencesMonitor and maintain front desk procedures, including check-in/check-outprocesses and reservation managementImplement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance andguest satisfactionManage room inventory and maximize revenue through effective room managementstrategiesConduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to front desk teammembersJoin our team and be part of a vibrant and dynamic work environment where yourcontributions are valued and recognized. Qualifications
2 years prior departmental management experience in front office or relateddisciplinesTime management and negotiation skillsAbility to manage and lead each discipline of the department independentlyAbility to manage according to employment and Innkeeper laws of thejurisdictionPrior cash handling experience necessaryAbility to communicate effectively with the public and other Team MembersRead, write and speak English fluentlyComputer experience required. Proficient in Opera PMS, Micros, MicrosoftOffice and Excel
