Training is provided, but thesuccessful candidate must maintain a willingness to learn and adapt tothe constant change of the construction industry and needs of severalmarkets. 2 years sales experience or 5 years construction managementexperience Associate or bachelor\'s degree in business, construction, orproject management preferred Capability to develop and maintain anadequate sales funnel to sell at or above established sales budgetsAptitude to grow existing market share and be readily available duringconstruction relative work hours Coordinate all individuals involved inthe building project including MBI personnel, hire and managesubcontractors, and navigate permitting requirements Ability to maintaincustomer confidentiality Displays excellent verbal and writtencommunication along with strong organizational, multi-tasking, andproblem-solving skills Must have proficient computer skills withknowledge of Microsoft Office Minimal overnight travel required upholdOur Sales Consultants are provided with a company car, laptop and cellphone in order to successfully navigate the needs of their assignedterritory. In addition, our base salary with training subsidy, pluscommission pay structure offers the Sales Consultant outstanding earningpotential.
