About Construction Project Manager

  Construction Project Manager

  Description: Company specializes in both new construction and renovations on educational, office spaces, retail, restaurant, and warehouse projects.

  Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring project is delivered to client on schedule and budget.

  Responsible for managing relationships with owner, vendors, subs and colleagues.

  Plans all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.

  Obtains all necessary regulations and permits.

  Orders necessary supplies, tools, and equipment.

  Makes sure projects are aligned with agreed-upon plans.

  Manages a construction manager and oversees their work.

  Initially this person will be hired on as a Full-Time W-2 employee of Actalent where you would receive an hourly wage, holiday pay, Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision insurance), and 401k. After being an employee of Actalent for 9-months, this person will transition to the Construction firm as a direct employee.

  Skills:

  Project management, Commercial construction, Estimator, estimating, construction, gc, general contractor

  Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  5+ years of GC PM experience on commercial/industrial projects.

  Experience estimating projects in a PLUS, but not a requirement

  Scheduling, budgeting.
