CTL|Thompson, Inc. is seeking a full-time Engineering LaboratoryTechnician to work in our Colorado Springs office. This opportunity issuited for hard working, active individuals. Engineering laboratorytechnicians will perform laboratory tests, assist geotechnical engineers infield observations and testing of soils, concrete and other constructionmaterials. Engineering technicians prepare daily written or digital reportsthat transmit results of observations and test results. Individuals conveyresults to laboratory supervisors and project engineers.
Training is an essential component of this position and individuals withvarying levels of experience are encouraged to apply. Areas of traininginclude topics relative to your responsibilities, as well as cross trainingof other areas to promote future growth and development within ourorganization
A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record in accordance withthe company automobile insurance policy guidelines is required.Additionally, applicants must have a high school diploma (orequivalent). The ability to lift/push/pull up to 100 lbs. is required.
Engineering Laboratory Technician Level I qualifications & pay rate range -Experience, secondary education, and applicable certifications are a plus.Full-time Engineering Laboratory Technician Level I are paid between $17.00and $25.00 per hour. Our offer will be based upon individuals experienceand qualifications.
Engineering Laboratory Technician Level II qualifications & pay rate range -One year of experience, secondary education, and/or a minimum of oneapplicable certification are required for this position. Full-timeEngineering Laboratory Technician Level II are paid between $20.00 and$28.00 per hour. Our offer will be based upon individuals experience andqualifications.
Engineering Laboratory Technician Level III qualifications & pay rate range- Four years of experience, secondary education, and/or a minimum of twoapplicable certifications are required for this position. Full-timeEngineering Laboratory Technician Level III are paid between $23.00 and$34.00 per hour. Our offer will be based upon individuals experience andqualifications.
