　　Summary Description:

　　The Logistics Analyst instrumental on providing support to systems and business issues for 3 PLs operations where objectives are not met, must identify deficiencies, participate in, and develop action plans to address and resolve those deficiencies. The Supply Chain Analyst also performs analysis of moderately complex business problems through the use of data extracts from data warehouses and other systems where applicable. The analysis is performed to assist management in making key business decisions in the day-to-day operational processes of the business. In addition, the Supply Chain Analyst will assist management/project teams in applying engineering principals and technical leadership to support, design, testing, training, and implement phases for production systems and all other projects may be assigned.

　　Key Areas of Responsibility:

　　Develop/generate operational metrics for use by the Management Team Provide solutions and/or recommendations to identified problems/trends Able to work cross functionally with other organizations to understand impacts of metrics results Produce ad-hoc data extracts as requested Develop networks, alliances and relationships with internal and external contacts within and across functions and organizations to achieve common goals. Provide recommendations on improvements to existing processes and systemic creation of metrics.

　　Resolves logistic and suppliers' issues or exceptions

　　Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with solid understanding of industry standards and practices; Applies professional judgment in interpreting data and results

　　Acts as a point of contact with NCR & 3PL teams

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　2+ years of related business experience

　　Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related Logistics discipline

　　Demonstrates problem solving/analytical/planning skills gained through formal education, certification and work experience

　　Results/solution oriented

　　Experience in Service Logistics Operations

　　Knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals, communications infrastructure and software/hardware support environments

　　Working experience with Warehouse Management Systems, Oracle E Suite; MS Office; Remedy.

　　Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills

　　Excellent written and oral communication skills

　　Exhibits a strong sense of urgency

　　US working hours

　　Work on urgent tasks to completion where it might require working more than daily normal working hours

　　Ability to influence and motivate others

　　Some Travel might require. 5% or less

　　Ability to lift heavy weight up to 50 lbs
