　　Main Responsibilities:

　　· Manage our construction team (Estimator, Project Manager, & Admin) with small and large rebuild projects from start to finish

　　· Ability to do Xactimate Estimating and Project Manage

　　· Review Xactimate estimates

　　· Work with adjusters to get our estimates approved

　　· Book of quality subcontractors familiar with our industry to add to our current partners

　　· Following sketches and comprehending a project budget

　　· Ensuring organization, cleanliness and safety of jobs.

　　· Improving the overall quality of projects and experience for clients

　　· Assisting in communicating with clients daily

　　· Track revenue, profit margin and growth goals

　　Requirements:

　　· Very strong attention to detail regarding workmanship and job profitability

　　· Understand construction methods, best practices and building materials

　　· Desire to excel in the field and use new technologies and products

　　Knowledge of Xactimate Estimating necessary, experience with DASH helpful but not necessary

　　· Excellent organizational and communication skills (oral & written)

　　· An interest in helping people/customers. Someone who cares.

　　Description:

　　Most of our work comes as a result of customers experiencing a “loss” at their home; fire, smoke damage, water damage, or mold damage. So typically, these are not planned remodeling events. Customers can be overwhelmed and of course want to get back to the way their home was before as soon as possible. We need people who are empathetic to these situations and enjoy helping people.

　　The construction manager will lead our team or even assist our subcontractors who are able to handle most/if not all aspects of small to large construction projects which typically result from jobs performed by 1-800 Water Damage of Southeast Michigan (our sister company).

　　Compensation:

　　Competitive compensation (based upon experience), company vehicle, paid vacation, holidays and health insurance available.

　　Job Type:Full-time

　　Total Compensation:80-120k

　　Salary, commission, & bonus; Based on experience and business profitability.
