Role Description

　　This is a full-time traveling role as Construction Manager located in Prewitt, NM. As Construction Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day management and oversight of Solar (PV) construction projects, including supervising personnel and monitoring budgets, schedules, and progress. The Construction Manager will also ensure construction safety procedures are followed, and manage project controls and documentation.

　　Ability to plan, execute, and supervise construction and solar projects from inception to completion.Supervisory skills, including ability to lead, delegate, and prioritize tasksBudgeting skills and experience managing project financesExpertise in construction safety and OSHA regulationsConstruction experience and knowledge in excavation, drilling, shoring, and foundationsExperience with project controls, including managing schedules, progress, and documentationExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in Construction Management or related fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
