The position
By joining our team in Marketing, Midstream & Processing you will have the opportunity to:
Be responsible for operational follow-up of local Civil-supplier focusing on HSE and progress. Tasks include:
Manage reception control of deliveries from supplier.
Follow up tracking of hours and invoice processing.
Quality control completed tasks.
Follow up suppliers' tasks according to plans.
Coordinate collaboration across business units representing different disciplines.
Monitor risk and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), and assess possible measures.
You will be part of Plan & Support. The department is responsible for plan, logistics, material handling and supplier follow-up. We are a good team consisting of people with different roles and responsibilities. We contribute and collaborate across sectors and departments at Hammerfest LNG.
You

Bachelor's or master's engineering degreeand/or technical school degree within construction.
5 years or more of experience in civil engineering and/or other relevant experiences.
Experience in following up civil supplier tasks and deliveries with focus on agreed plan.
Experience in hour tracking and invoicing.
Experience in identifying and managing risks.
Experience in coordination and collaboration across business units representing different disciplines.
Experience in digital working tools such as SAP.
You are fluent in Norwegian (written and spoken), you have working proficient in English, and you have a desire to work in Hammerfest.
