  Genuine Builders Inc. located at 301 South Hwy 81 Arlington, SD 57212,(605) 203-1362 is seeking 22 temporary full-time Construction Laborer towork at 23075 US-6 Sterling, CO LOGAN county 80751, from 04/01/2024to 07/01/2024 to Perform lesser tasks involving manual labor at concreteconstruction site. Prepare the site for placing of concrete by loading andunloading materials, digging and leveling the earth, placing strengtheningmaterials in concrete, and lifting, carrying and setting concrete forms.Place concrete. Clean up waste materials. 3 months of experience required.Some weekends work. Must be able to handle temperature extremes. Must be ableto lift and carry 75 lbs. for 50 yards. Will travel to worksites within areaof intended employment. No prior education is required. On the job, trainingwill be provided. $20.20/hr. Approx. 40 hours/week, from Monday toFriday 7:00am - 5:00pm. Applicants may be offered higher than theadvertised. The wage rate may vary on experience and/or merit. $30.3/hrfor overtime. Up to 10 hours of overtime may be available but not guaranteed.All deductions from the worker's paycheck will be made as required by law.The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wagesand pay Bi-weekly by check. Any advances will be deducted with the consent ofthe employee. The employer will provide housing as an option to employeesliving outside the regular commuting distance. Employees who elect to live inthe housing will have an additional $175 deducted per Bi-weekly paycheck forrent and utilities. Optional daily transportation will be provided from and toworksite. In the first workweek, the cost of transportation (includingmeals and to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employmentwill be directly reimbursed to every worker. If the worker completes 50percent of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the workerfor transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the placeof work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissedearlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonablecosts of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place theworker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not returndue to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer hasappropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. Theamount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the mosteconomical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. In thefirst workweek, daily subsistence for travel to the place of employment willbe reimbursed at a rate of at least $15.46/day to a maximum of$59.00/day with receipts. Also, workers will be reimbursed in the firstworkweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and otherrelated fees, including those mandated by the government (except passportfees). The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools,supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
