Aerotek is seeking Outdoor Construction Workers for a TOP construction company in the Charleston, SC area. This entry level position is great for a candidate who wants to stick with a construction company and grow long term. We have placed entry level laborers out on site and have seen some grow into Superintendents after several years. If you're looking for a career and company to settle down with, this job is for you! All work is done within the Charleston metropolitan area.

　　Construction Workers will:

　　participate and assist operators, foremen, and supers in land clearing projects

　　unload and load trucks

　　help prepare job sites

　　dig trenches using a shovel

　　helping lay pipe

　　not be worried about getting dirty on site

　　operate smaller equipment and learn heavier equipment as time goes on

　　The ideal candidate:

　　can work outdoors and have no issue being outside in the elements

　　have a positive and hard working attitude. everyone on site is in it together, and supers help on site

　　have a construction, landscaping, remodeling, carpentry experience

　　some exposure to hand & power tools

　　has operated some equipment before, skid steers, front end loaders, etc. Doesn't have to be that large equipment, and we are more than willing to train and learn bigger equipment down the line!

　　Shifts:

　　Monday through Saturday, weather dependent, start time is 7am

　　8-10 hour shifts, can vary depending on project needs

　　50-60 hour work weeks, sometimes more/less depending on weather/needs
