About Construction Estimator- Multi Family

　　Our commercial construction client in the Indianapolis area is continuing to win more business and their Estimating/Pre-construction team needs to grow again.

　　What are we looking for?

　　• 10 or more years of construction estimating experience with a general contractor (strongly preferred)

　　• Multi-family Estimating experience is a MUST

　　• We also need general commercial construction experience

　　• Experience in some of the following verticals: Healthcare, Hotels, Sr Living/Assisted Living, Municipality, K-12, Churches, etc.

　　• 90% of what our client does is ground up construction, they estimate all 16 divisions

　　• Conceptual estimating experience, we don't do a lot of hard bids

　　• MUST be experienced and comfortable doing take-offs

　　• Has experience estimating projects from $10M to $75M

　　• Need to be self-motivated and driven

　　• Our client offers full benefits, 401k matching, insurance, yearly bonus up to 10% of your pay
