Job OverviewThis position will coordinate the patient visit from registration to sending visit information to employers and BWC representatives. Ensures patients are registered to the correct company and services, follow-up with employers on authorizations or questions, and prioritizes patient start times. The incumbent will work closely with billing to ensure the proper documentation is sent to the correct MCO, billing, and Workers' Compensation department to ensure quicker payment of service. Scans visit information to the proper EMR location and coordinates the results process ensuring results are sent in a timely basis. Assists with drug and alcohol testing and other non-invasisve testing as required to ensure efficiency and timely throughput.
