　　What you'll do: Assist the DSC team in the oversight of tenant improvement construction projects including plan review, site inspection and vendor/tenant communications by performing the following duties.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Assists DSC Team coordinate pre-construction and scheduled meetings and TI-related communications to the tenants. Provide documentation of all communications. Serves as the Owners’ representative.

　　Inspects work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to construction schedules. Reviews warranty issues and resolve the issues through coordination with personnel and subcontractors.

　　Ensures projects are completed on schedule on within budget. Reports all delays and issues to appropriate parties. Work at various times to insure job completion and customer satisfaction, as required. Conducts construction activities within federal, state, and local environmental rules and regulations.

　　Directs contractors and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays.

　　Provide value engineering services; review current building materials process to bring value to ownership.

　　Prepares and maintains all required paperwork as determined by the company policies and procedures.

　　Supports DSC senior staff in the review, comment, acceptance and approval of construction closeout packets.

　　Assists with the facilitation of pricing, estimating of construction projects. Updates Pricing Database for DSC.

　　Drive to R&R properties and various locations as position requires.

　　What it takes to join our team:

　　High School Diploma; working towards obtaining a Construction Engineering or Civil Engineering Degree.

　　Responds promptly to customers needs

　　Must maintain a valid Driver's License
