　　Participates in Front End Development.o Provides construction expertise and direction/input/concurrence for:

　　 Risk identification and mitigation

　　 Estimate/Schedule development/Validation

　　 QA/QC Assurance

　　 Contracting and procurement strategy development

　　 Constructability (e.g. modular construction opportunities, tie-ins)

　　 Maintainability (e.g. proper equipment access, workspace for maintenance activities)

　　 Construction Execution Planning (including Logistics planning, e.g. receiving and storage of equipment and materials, transportation and housing of workforce)

　　o Is accountable/responsible for:

　　 Construction execution plan development

　　 QA/QC Project Assurance

　　 Constructability and maintainability plans

　　 HSE in construction

　　 Construction contracting strategy development

　　 Construction schedule development

　　Execute Phase (FID)

　　Is accountable / responsible for: Project performance (Safety, environmental, quality, cost, and schedule)

　　 Construction execution plan implementation

　　 Construction schedule development

　　 QA/QC Project Assurance

　　 Constructability and maintainability implementation

　　 HSE in construction

　　 Construction contracting strategy implementation

　　Leads and documents Construction Status meetings and suggests appropriate measures to mitigate construction issues and obstacles to project progress. (typically weekly)Requirements

　　Must have a 4 year Degree

　　Advanced Work Package (AWP) (not a must, but nice to have)

　　Skilled in application of all project work processes

　　Works effectively in a Team environment and builds consensus

　　Computer skills - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, SAP

　　Leadership and coaching skills

　　Conflict Management

　　Knowledge and understanding of Primavera (P6)

　　Delivering results through others

　　Analyze and solve problems
