　　Kforce has a client that is seeking a Configuration Operations Manager in New Hudson, MI. Candidates will be applying for a full-time in-house position.Essential Job Functions: Oversight of production in the configuration center or anywhere production is occurring, encompassing all projects running at any given time As a Configuration Operations Manager, you will focus on meeting production deadlines by optimizing personnel allocation in the workflow, adjusting production layout, and adapting on the fly to new conditions Manage a team of direct-report employees, providing coaching and mentoring, conducting 1:1s, establishing goals, completing performance reviews, and addressing HR issuesCooperative support of project leads with continuous real-time auditing of process adherence by workers, including:

　　Lead per-project pre-start readiness Ensure workflow adherence Ensure materials handling compliance Coordinate per-project and daily staffing levels Monitor team member output and performance Develop documentation to support training and process adherence

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience supply chain, fulfillment and shipping, or warehouse coordinator role-or the equivalent combination of formal education and workplace experience; Demonstrated experience implementing IT projects a plus Ability to coach and mentor technical and non-technical employees in key topics with clear demonstration and documentation Proven dedication to enabling continuous operations and supporting decision making with real-time data Strong analysis, problem solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to implement quick and effective solutions to problems will be given weight Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, conducive to team development Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including demonstrable experience composing detailed reports, recommendations, and leave-behind materials Visa sponsorship is not available for this position

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
