Description We are inviting applicants for the position of a Controller in our Financial Services team located in Arlington, Texas. This role is central to our operations, involving multi-entity and global entity consolidation reporting, acquisition experience, and the optimization of processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the financial operations of both foreign and domestic entities.

• Managing debt financing, cash flow reporting, and negotiations.

• Ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.

• Maintaining accurate customer credit records and monitoring customer credit accounts.

• Taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Implementing strategies for automating and optimizing processes and systems.

• Preparing and presenting financial reports to stakeholders.

• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.

• Coordinating with other departments to streamline financial operations. Requirements • Candidate must have a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a similar role within the Financial Services industry is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.

• Possession of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) credentials is preferred.

• Must demonstrate strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.

• Possessing strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills is essential.

• The ability to handle high levels of confidentiality and discretion is required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.

• The candidate should be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Must have experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage a team are required.

• Familiarity with financial software and systems is beneficial.

• The candidate should have strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience in financial risk management is preferred.
