Position Overview
The Construction Superintendent is a field management position responsible for safety, execution of work, quality of work performed, and the financial outcome of the project. This position will provide you with the opportunity to work in Guam.

Location
This position is located in Guam. Relocation assistance will be provided if you are not local to the area.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
• Administer safety at project level & ensure compliance with industry safety standards.
• Supervising and development of craft personnel and crews into well-led teams.
• Scheduling work and equipment
• Developing and implementing operational work plans
• Assuring quality control and compliance
• Responsible for onsite project cost
• Managing materials and equipment
• Client relations
• Coordinate subcontractors and oversee their interface with project activities including safety
• Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes

Qualifications
• Administer safety at project level & ensure compliance with industry safety standards.
• Supervising and development of craft personnel and crews into well-led teams.
• Must have the ability to interpret drawings and understand the project schedule to assist the project team with long term planning and ordering or temporary and permanent materials.
• Must have experience with the following types of construction. Pile driving, Drilling, Setting Rebar Cages, Setting Pre-Cast, Fabrication and welding of permanent and temporary works.
• Scheduling work and equipment
• Firm understanding of OSHA and EM385 safety regulations.
• Developing and implementing operational work plans
• Assuring quality control and compliance
• Responsible for onsite project cost
• Managing materials and equipment
• Client relations
• Coordinate subcontractors and oversee their interface with project activities including safety
• Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes
