　　Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Site Supervisor to join our South Texas Concrete team in Houston, TX. The Site Supervisor reports directly to the Production Supervisor.

　　What you’ll get to do

　　Ensure effective, efficient and financially responsible operation of concrete production plant

　　Supervise site employees

　　Lead safety & health for your site and ensure regulatory and company policy compliance

　　Schedule customer orders and address the needs of the customer

　　Coach and train site personnel on safety, customer service and plant operations

　　Maintain accurate cement/materials and fuel inventories

　　Dispatch independent haul trucks to maximize routes

　　Troubleshoot and address any plant issues that may arise

　　Maintain daily/monthly reporting requirements

　　Essential Experience and Skills

　　At least 3 years of ready mix concrete plant production or in construction materials or a closely related industry

　　Proven strong customer service and communication skills

　　Motivation and ability to embrace all the aspects of the job such as accountability for the people, assets, and performance of the site; work fluctuating hours; and personally, doing manual labor such as repairing equipment, shoveling, and lifting

　　Preferred Experience and Skills

　　Bilingual would be helpful, but not requiredWork Environment
