Concrete Laborers needed in Cresona, PA. Lots of overtime! Plenty of room for advancement.

　　Shifts:

　　Shift start time vary, not going to be the same every week. Will start between 5am-7am.

　　There are three shifts you can be placed on. The General Labor shift or the Pour Crew. The general labor shifts are 5 days a week/8 hour days. The pour crew is 4 days a week/ 10 hour days. The 4/10's can be Mon - Thurs or Tues-Fri. Candidates must be open to working OT as well. OT Will on Fri or Sat depending on their normally scheduled days.

　　Typical Duties:

　　o General clean up

　　o Cleaning Forms

　　o Placing Strand

　　o Lifting up to 50 lbs.

　　o Placing concrete

　　o Additional functions as needed to manufacture large precast construction components

　　o Equipment/tool labeling & monitoring

　　o Help other crews as required

　　o Bending/Lifting/Twisting/Walking up to 12 hours daily.
