Duties: Must be able to form concrete and check that they are properlyconstructed, work with basic concrete tools, such as levels, shovels,and trowels, be able to read and follow blueprints, able to signaldrivers and other employees, check concrete to make sure it is properlyaligned, and at the proper depth, clean equipment, and work areas.Employees will never use heavy machinery.
Employer will provide worker all tools, supplies, & equip. 1 mo. exp.req. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors. Requires physicalability to crouch, kneel, bend over, maneuver in small places.
Worksite: 7173 S. Braden Ave., Tulsa, OK 74136 & multiple otherworksites in Tulsa county.
\$19.26/hr, 40 hrs/wk, 8-hour shifts, Mon- Fri, 7am-4pm, some overtimemay be available including weekends.; OT may be avail. @ \$28.89/hrWorkers will be provided with daily transportation to and from theworksite in compliance with all applicable Federal, State and local lawsand regulations.
Employer guarantees work hours equal to at least 3/4ths of the workdaysin each 12-wk period of the total employment period. Workers will bepaid weekly; the employer will use a single workweek as its standard forcomputing wages due. The employer will make all deductions from theworkers paycheck required by law but will make no other deductions. Theemployer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for allvisa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees,including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker.If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer willreimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the placeof recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the workcontract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provideor pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation andsubsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed towork, except where the worker will not return due to subsequentemployment with another employer. The amount of transportation paymentor reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonablecommon carrier for the distance involved. Daily subsistence will beprovided at a rate of \$15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of\$59.00 per day with receipts.
