Nous sommes à la recherche Technicien Validation Systèmes Informatisés (F/H) chez Bio-Elpida (marque de Sartorius).

　　Vos missions :- Suivre le programme annuel de revue périodique des systèmes informatisés.

　　Planifier et exécuter la revue périodique des systèmes informatisés et rédiger les rapports associés

　　Exécuter la validation des fichiers Excel du site et assurer l'archivage de la documentation associée

　　Exécuter les contrôles périodiques des accès informatiques et des sauvegardes

　　Rédiger et exécuter les protocoles et rapports de validation des systèmes informatisés

　　Rédiger les fiches de réserve, déviations, CAPA et rapports concernant son domaine d’activité - Analyser l’impact des changements relatifs à l’activité (change control)

　　Contrôler et rédiger la documentation qualité en rapport avec l’activité.

　　Assurer le maintien de l’état qualifié/validé des systèmes informatisés, ainsi que la veille réglementaire et technologique.

　　Gérer la distribution et restitution du matériel

　　Gérer le stock du matériel informatique et faire les commandes en cas de besoin

　　Gérer la préparation du matériel informatique en collaboration avec le prestataire informatique

　　Être l’interface IT pour les différents services impliqués et le groupe (Sartorius, Polyplus)

　　Préparer/participer aux différents audits et inspections (donneurs d’ordre, autorités).

　　Compétences :- Idéalement 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en validation de systèmes informatiques et en support IT
