Join us to help deliver the next groundbreaking Apple products Hardware Technology is looking for a program manager who will drive the technical execution of projects related to infrastructure of data center builds, storage roll-outs, operating system planning and successful roll-out to internal customers. The program manager will also optimally communicate project status, handle project risk, as well as conduct regular status and progress meetings. The program manager will drive the execution of the initiatives with internal customers.
Key Qualifications
Extensive project management experience in IT or Engineering environments related to EDA or chip design.
Has knowledge of Compute, Storage and Network equipment deployed in Large HPC Datacenter.
Has knowledge of EDA tools, licensing and operating system dependencies.
Proficient with Gantt chart and Program Management tracking tools.
Experience in driving Datacenter and large IT projects.
Experience in deploying infrastructure solutions to internal customers.
Understanding of chip build and verifications flows and infrastructure needs to effectively scale.
Experience with hardware and software evaluations excellent leadership skills, enthusiasm, and ability to inspire. team members.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience.
Self-motivated and dedicated with proven creative and critical thinking capabilities.
Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles; remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty.
Able to communicate well with cross-functional and global team members, able to expertly collaborate with team members to achieve project goals, and contribute positively to the success of projects.
Description
Provide Project Management leadership and support for internal engineering teams. Develop program plans, schedules, and resource strategies to drive projects to closure. - Facilitate good communication and offer multiple levels of status across a wide spectrum of individual contributors to executive management. - Provide regular updates to management to ensure appropriate exposure of issues and challenges. - Work with management and Internal teams to define plan, track and communicate and bring up as appropriate. - Drive day-to-day program activities to meet overall program objective. - Drive execution of infrastructure initiatives with the internal teams.Education & Experience
BS + 10 years of relevant experience
