Position Summary:
Compliance Manager for Factory Operations at NCA, Nashua, NH. Responsible for overseeing all compliance duties for the Operations Factories at Canal Street. This includes the classified manufacturing factory. In this position you will work closely with Factory Management, SHE, Calibration, Facilities Engineering and other Local, State and Federal agencies to ensure that our factories remain compliant.
You will be responsible for:
Safety in the factory
Preventive Maintenance systems and execution of the PM plans.
Calibration of tools and test equipment
Energetics Compliance
FOD Compliance
ESD Compliance
Liaison for SH&E ( factory Rep)
Compliance Planning for Capital projects
Factory representation on the SHE and Safety Councils.
Factory Access Training
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years' experience as a hands-on Compliance manager in a manufacturing environment.
Active Secret Clearance is required
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Lean -Six Sigma certified.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270
