　　What you get to do in this role:

　　We’re looking for a highly motivated, collaborative and technically savvy compliance/controls analyst with the ability to learn and understand cloud operational and security processes, effectively communicate ServiceNow’s controls, and support various US Federal authorizations. The successful candidate must be reliable, resourceful and have a “can-do” attitude. 

　　You will be a key member of our team and play an important role in defining the Security and Compliance framework for a leading cloud company. In this role you will be required to demonstrate the ability to analyze difficult problems, think out-of-box and provide pragmatic solutions and recommendations. 

　　Responsibilities:

　　Performs gap analyses on current state cloud environment with future compliance regulations.

　　Assists in the development of ServiceNow security documentation.

　　Participates in third-party audits for our US Federal environments, including coordinating subject matter expert interviews, gathering audit evidence, and facilitating audit sessions.

　　Stays current with the latest FedRAMP and DoD IL4/IL5 requirements.

　　Assists in the analysis and definition of security requirements.

　　Facilitates audit preparation activities for US Federal Significant Change Requests.

　　Identifies strategies to streamline external audit activities.

　　Perform significant change request analyses and communicate technical details of changes to the government.

　　In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

　　2+ years working in the field of compliance or audit

　　Strong understanding NIST 800-53 security controls. Familiarity with DoD IL4/IL5 requirements a plus.

　　Technical background with a basic understanding of cloud environments, networking, security authorization boundaries, and NIST 800-53 security controls as they relate to FedRAMP and DoD SRG requirements.

　　Ability to understand the intent of compliance requirements to provide effective and meaningful analysis.

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

　　Prior experience of working in the Security and Compliance group at a SaaS/Cloud company or with Security & Risk practice preferred. Be able to work effectively with other members of our organization to drive results, to include remote teams.
