Job Description

　　Insight Global is looking for a Compliance Analyst to join one of our fortune 500 clients in the Richmond, VA area. This will be a fully remote position that will be working EST hours. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to learn quickly. They will be responsible for ensuring that the company follows any legal requirements when performing its business activities. They will be responsible for analyzing internal business systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards. They will create, modify, update, and implement the company's policies. The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, data analysis, organization, process improvement, and risk assessment. They will be working with the Director of IT Risk Management and one of the lead analysts on the team.

　　Responsibilities:

　　- Create and facilitate IT compliance awareness activities around records management, compliance, & controls

　　Coordinate annual Payment Card Industry (PCI) assessment certifications and HIPAA assessment reviews. Improve PCI and HIPAA requirements and documentation.- Perform limited recertifications, verifications, control reviews and occasional other compliance related activities.

　　- Track and monitor Audit finding action plans, observations and verify work completed.

　　- Update dashboards and metric reports

　　Skills and Requirements

　　1. Identifying an IT related audit finding from a list of audit findings

　　2. Documenting IT related issues in Archer (or similar tool) including the issue name, issue description, remediation action plan, and assigning to the correct employee

　　3. Understanding of IT audit observations and ability to work with the business to determine their remediation plan, and document in Archer accordingly

　　4. Ability to work with the business to confirm on an annual basis that prior audit findings that are on-going in nature are occurring each year, obtain evidence of completion and review it for accuracy.

　　Other Capabilities:

　　Ability to obtain information from multiple sources and consolidate into one document for management review

　　Ability to take an ongoing task and continuously update it, not be reminded of the due date

　　Ability to write clear, concise, and professional emails

　　Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills null
