Job Description This role will be responsible for the day-to-day activities in supporting our global employee compensation program including compensation analyses, market benchmarking, budgeting and financial reporting. The incumbent will ensure the accuracy and integrity of all compensation data in the information systems and adopt a solutions-oriented approach to work closely with People Team colleagues and other functional groups.
Essential Functions
Manage the salary administration process including the annual compensation review process, salary increase budgets, bonus accrual/forecasting, equity planning, and structure adjustments
Manage Finance client relationship to deliver highly accurate financial accrual reports and projections
Develop and maintain complex budget models
Conduct cost modeling and impact analyses related to compensation program changes
Drive development of global total rewards benchmarking insights
Work with market data vendors (e.g. Aon/Radford, Willis Towers Watson, Mercer, etc.)
Oversee the market survey submission process with select vendors
Act as subject matter expert for market data, including understanding trends, processes, and timelines for the market data process
Work with various market data systems and Workday as the HCM
Facilitate a global benchmarking exercise across multiple regions and market survey vendors
Monitor our data through robust validation and reconciliation processes to ensure optimal data integrity
Support compensation team during compensation planning process
Interface with Finance, People Technology & Systems, and Global Compensation teams to support day-to-day functions as well as project specific activities
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualficiations:
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
Proven experience as a compensation manager or similar role in a public company's Human Resources / People function.
Deep understanding of HR practices and compensation cycle management.
Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems.
Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant HR software.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Certification like Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is a plus.
Actuarial or Accounting experience a plus.
Additional Information Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 118,500.00 to 154,000.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
