Description
Thriving organization located East of Houston, in need of a Leave and Benefits Coordinator. This is a 3-6 month duration contract role with the possibility to convert on a permanent basis. Hybrid schedule and outstanding opportunity!
Responsible for overseeing and administering the day-to-day case management for qualified employee leaves of absence under the Family/Medical Leave Act (FML), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Paid Parental Leave (PPL) , short-term and long-term disability programs,
and Return to Work requests. Coordinates the leave process and advises employees throughout. their leave, applies for appropriate benefits, respond to questions, and evaluates and ensure records, documentation, and systems comply with established laws and regulations while providing training and guidance.

FMLA, Benefits Administration, Benefits Coordination, Compensation & Benefits, JDE EnterpriseOne, HRIS Database, Kronos
Bachelor's degree or higher required unless 5+ years experience in Leave and Benefits Coordination
Must be immediately available
