Description

Reputable growing company situated in Brooklyn, New York, looking to hire a skilled and dedicated Bookkeeper. Bookkeeper must have experience in QuickBooks and 5+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Recording day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.

Conducting reconciliation of sales taxes, payroll taxes, and bank accounts at the end of each month.

Monitoring financial transactions and reports.

Processing accounts receivable and payable.

Utilizing QuickBooks to track and manage company's finances.

Requirements

5+ years of bookkeeping experience.

Must have experience with QuickBooks.

Bachelors Degree a plus.

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
