JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Description: Under the Direction of the 414LIFE Program Director, the Community Program Coordinator will overseethe advancement of 414 LIFE youth, family, and community engagementpriorities. This role will also facilitate partnerships with schools,businesses, nonprofits, government, and faith-based institutions.Primary Functions The Community Engagement Manager will identify,engage, and support partnerships that advance the mission and prioritiesof the 414 LIFE program. Plan and support resident and communityengagement strategies in 414 LIFE priority neighborhoods in coordinationwith 414 LIFE leadership team Build and maintain relationships withschools, businesses, nonprofit, legal system, government, faith-basedinstitutions to increase awareness, support, and engagement with the 414LIFE program Coordinate program outreach activities in collaborationwith Outreach Supervisor including acting as a liaison with communityorganizations in coordination with leadership team. Represent 414 Lifeat community, neighborhood association, public safety, and block clubmeetings Anticipate and respond to team requests and needs relative tocanvassing, events, and public education planning. Coordinate theplanning, execution, and assessment of community events and pop-ups.Document and conduct data entry regarding community engagementactivities and events. Monitor and manage 414 Life social mediaplatforms Maintain public education inventory and facilitate ordering ofpublic education material. Plan annual public message campaigns incoordination with leadership team. Plan and develop curriculum incoordinator with leadership. Facilitate programming in schools and othercommunity spaces. Support outreach efforts alongside outreach andviolence interruption teams. Knowledge - Skills - AbilitiesCandidate maynot have pending criminal cases or prior convictions for sexual assault,child abuse, or domestic violence. Ideal candidates will have excellentcommunication skills, experience and/or training in crisis interventionand staff supervision, and knowledge of Milwaukee communities.Candidates must maintain a valid Wisconsin driver\'s license andinsurance throughout employment.
