We are currently seeking a Community Manager to join our team at , a 78-unit apartment community in Minneapolis, MN. $1,500 sign on bonus included! *Subject to change; restrictions apply Position Summary: As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the property. Responsibilities: Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service Train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel Establish positive relationships within the community Be on-call as scheduled by management Qualifications: 3 - 5 years of previous property management experience preferred Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred Yardi software experience preferred Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed About Us: Dominium is one of the leading affordable housing development and property management companies nationwide.
