AWARE seeks to provide opportunities for employees to grow professionally through its tuition advancement program, professional development opportunities and in-house trainings.Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Experience in human services, skill in working with individuals with developmental disabilities and with individuals undergoing acute episodes of psychiatric distress.A thorough understanding of the above-noted services, individuals, resources, and tools. Must have the ability to assess clients from a strengths model perspective, along with the skills, knowledge, and abilities to develop a theoretical perspective, in addition to the ability to work with a variety of people.
