What you'll do:

　　We're looking for a Community and Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team and ensure our users are engaged and empowered, inspiring them to thrive and grow within the world's best online art community.

　　As a Community & Social Media Manager you will:

　　Build and maintain a healthy community for artists and art enthusiastsFollow the community's trends, activities, and issues, allowing you to provide real-time advice and directionDevelop positive interactions in the community by actively participating in conversations, responding to user comments, and encouraging user-generated contentCollaborate with content creators, influencers, and external partners to amplify their contributions and promote community growthProvide thought leadership, vision, and strategy to help build a sustainable calendar of campaigns and initiatives that drive measurable community engagementWork with cross-functional teams to understand our products and users to gain insight into how and when we should engage with them

　　Manage and enhance DeviantArt's social media presence, including posting updates, engaging with followers, and promoting community activitiesConduct and monitor social listening to evaluate and assess DeviantArt's brand sentiment Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to inform social strategy

　　Qualifications:

　　An internet expert with a love of the social web. You've spent much of your life online and consider the internet your home. You enjoy online communities, love building and maintaining online relationships, and understand user behavior.

　　At least 2 years of experience working within online community management or social media Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related disciplineYou've researched or are already familiar with DeviantArt's community dynamics and cultureYou understand social media platforms, influencers, pop culture trends, and industry best practicesYou're proficient in management and analytics tools for social media forums or a websiteYou have strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesYou're self-motivated and driven by results, comfortable in both independent and collaborative work environmentsYou have excellent communication skills, with the ability to foster authentic relationships

　　Approximate base compensation is $80,000 - $90,000. In addition to base pay you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package.
