About COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

　　Under the supervision of the Director of Community and Neighborhood Services, this position will assist in the administration of various federal, state, and local grant programs aimed at community development in the city and throughout Muskegon County. A Community Development Specialist will ensure policies comply with guidelines associated with each program. Responsible for reviewing housing assistance applications, updating office information systems assigned by each program, and assisting with maintaining the grant files.
