Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered two-year college or university with an associate degree in transportation, planning, business administration, or a related field, and two years of paraprofessional or professional level work experience, or its part-time equivalent, in municipal, community or regional planning, transportation planning and analysis, or business administration; orC.
